John MacLaurin

Rev. John MacLaurin (1693 - 1754) was a Scottish presbyterian minister. For a number of years he conducted services in Gaelic for Highlanders resident in Glasgow and was involved in the religious revivals in Cambuslang.
MacLaurin was twice unsuccessful as a candidate for the Chair of Divinity at the University of Glasgow.
