T.E. Jessop

Thomas Edmund Jessop, M.A., B.LITT was Ferrens Professor of Philosophy and Dean of the Faculty of Arts in the University College of Hull, formerly Assistant Lecturer in Logic and Metaphysics in the University of Glasgow.

He researched and published mainly on questions of Christian ethics and doctrine. Before taking up his post at Hull, he wrote a small number of travel guides to Italy.
