Eficacia Ejecutiva / Executive Effectiveness

Overview
ENGLISH DESCRIPTION Executive Effectiveness by Peter F. Drucker is a volume in the "Essentials" collection by Conecta, which compiles essential ideas by key authors for modern businesses and professionals. --Edition in collaboration with the Harvard Business Review-- The story sounds familiar: a business that was a superstar until yesterday finds itself in a tight spot or plunged into an apparently uncontrollable crisis. The origin of almost all of these crises is not that that things are being done badly. In fact, in the majority of cases, they are doing things right but to no avail. What can explain this apparent paradox? The assumptions on which the company was created and is currently managed no longer work. Those assumptions are what Drucker calls "business theory", and they explain both the successes of businesses that have dominated the market and the challenges they have faced. And what turns you into an effective leader? Leadership is not a question of personality or talent. The best leaders display different attitudes and values. But they all have in common that they do the right things in the right way, apply simple rules that provide the necessary knowledge to make intelligent decisions, turn that knowledge into effective actions, and promote responsibility in the whole organization. The "Essentials" by Conecta, in collaboration with the Harvard Business Review, give access to the great ideas of key authors to inspire managers and professionals. This volume contains "Business Theory" and "What Turns You into an Effective Leader?" by Peter F. Drucker (1909-2005), whose works--such as The Effective Executive and The Management of the Future--and thoughts are models in business management.
