I offer concrete games, tools, and practices, so you can introduce better management, with fewer managers. I also offer a platform for you to share your practices and stories with the rest of the world.
I call myself a creative networker. But sometimes I am a writer, speaker, trainer, entrepreneur, illustrator, manager, blogger, reader, dreamer, leader, freethinker, or… Dutch guy. Since 2008, I write a popular blog at NOOP.NL, offering ideas on the creative economy, agile management, organizational change, and personal development. I am the author of the book Management 3.0, which describes the role of the manager in agile organizations. And I wrote the little book How to Change the World, which describes a supermodel for change management. My most recent book is called Managing for Happiness, which offers you practical ideas to engage workers, improve work, and delight clients.
